July 13th, 2008    Lightning storm hits Western Washington.  click here

May 24th, 2008   After a 2 year hiatus I am getting back into my astronomy endeavors.  Over the next few months I will be constructing the Quiet Water Observatory.  Check back often to see the progress during the upcoming months.   So far in the past month I have gotten the planning stage out of the way, and I have poured the slab floor, pier and rollaway posts.  Heres a link to the page!

 Heres the Andromeda Galaxy, needs more exposure time but for 20 min you can definitely make out dust lanes.
